Villa Althea is the perfect place for your either relaxed or active holiday, providing everything you can imagine – nice heated pool area, gym, sauna, spacious terraces with magnificent view and large barbecue. The villa is located in a small picturesque village Ružići, surrounded by splendid nature, olive grove, fruit trees and vineyard. The whole interior is modern, furnished with love, combining carefully natural, earthy tones with sophisticated whites and greys, making sure you feel like at home having all the necessary comfort.

The house has been built as Energy efficient home, very well insulated and sealed against air leaks, requiring low level of energy for both, cooling and heating. A solar thermal collectors placed on the roof use the sun’s free, renewable energy to heat water for your home away. The rainwater collection system allows significant water saving for watering the yard.

On the ground floor, next to the entrance, there is a nice, completely equipped kitchen with dining room, spacious living room arranged with modern furniture, a large LED TV, state of the art air conditioning system and a modern fireplace. The roomy terrace in front enables grilling on the large barbecue and offers splendid view on the green surrounding hills, while enjoying a glass of famous Istrian wine Malvazija. The wellness area consists of Finnish sauna, a well-equipped gym and a shower next to the sauna.

The spacious pool area with heated pool, countercurrent system and sophisticated illumination will let your body and senses completely indulge. Beneath the pool area there is a nice kid’s playground as well as the volleyball and badminton court.

PARKING
Covered private parking for several cars is located in front of the house on our own property, solely for our guests.

GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor of the house, there is a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 8 people, a WC, a washer and dryer, a spacious terrace with the barbecue and an outdoor sitting area, as well as a game room.

FIRST FLOOR
On the 1^st floor, there are three bedrooms with the air conditioning and sattelite TV, each one with its own bathroom and a terrace with a fantastic view. At the back of the house, there is another large terrace, where you can sit or lie, enjoying the beautiful green scenery or early morning sunlight.

SWIMMING POOL
The heated pool has a area of 35m², a fully automated system of pH value and chlorine control, sophisticated illumination and a countercurrent system.

EQUIPMENT
Air conditioning, built-in oven and dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, side by side fridge with freezer, cool water supply and ice dispenser, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen, hand- and bath-towels, as well as pool towels are provided.

OUTSIDE
Garden with private heated pool, barbecue, sunbeds, sunshades, pool shower and covered seating area on the terrace. Next to the pool area, there are a nice children’s playground, volleyball and badminton court.

HOUSE RULES VILLA ALTHEA

Check-in

Check-In Time: 16:00hrs – 23:00hrs     Check Out Time: 06:00hrs - 10:00hrs

Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to house availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the agency or Villa’s contact person.

An early check-in and late check-out is chargeable. Villa not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Guests need to let the property know in advance what time they'll arrive.

Cancellation/prepayment/deposit

Cancellation Policy:

For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable if made less than 45 days before arrival.

A full room rate will be chargeable for check in before 07:00 hours or check out after 18:00 hours.

• If cancellations made more than 50 days prior to arrival, will be charged 15% of the total villa booked rate
• If cancellation made 15 to 50 days prior to arrival, will be charged 50% of the total villa booked rate
• If cancellation made less than 15 days prior to arrival, will be charged 80% of the total villa booked rate
• No Show
  If cancellation is made on the check-in day / during your stay / no show, it will be charged 100% of the total amount.

Please Note:
All accommodation costs (dates booked) are non refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date.

Deposit Policy:

Refundable security deposit of € 500, - is required to cover any incidental charges, such as extra cleaning, accidental damage and breakages that may be incurred during your stay. This deposit will be returned upon check-out if not used.
